it’s really a shame that the Senate has overwhelmingly passed a provision that allows the US military to by-pass the laws and rights guaranteed by the 4th Amendment of the Constitution and hold ANY American citizen indefinitely without trial if they are suspected of being a terrorist — AND NOBODY CARES!
